While my path hasn’t always been linear, something within me has always led me back to my own light—to uncover it, to let it shine, especially when I wanted to hide it away.

Through study, practice, and life’s own unraveling, I’ve become a sacred space holder and guide—someone who honors the unfolding of each person’s unique journey.

Through intuitive coaching, energy work, and soul-aligned practices, I hold space for healing that is compassionate, grounded, and empowering—where each person feels seen, honored, and supported in their own unique rhythm.

My own healing journey hasn’t always been graceful—but it’s made me deeply committed to walking beside others with compassion and respect for their timing.

My Healing Path

My healing journey has been anything but perfect. It’s been raw, honest, messy, full of learning, and definitely not a straight line. Maybe even a complete shit show at times.

To be honest, I didn’t choose these healing paths because they were trendy or “deeper.” I chose them because they felt natural—and powerful. They’ve helped me take my power back in a world that often hands it over to systems that don’t always see the whole person.

I’ve always been drawn to natural healing. To the woo. To the things that work even if we can’t fully explain them. Herbs. Energy. Bodywork. Breath. The quiet stuff that changes everything.

Over the years, I’ve explored tools that supported my own healing—like Reiki, meditation, intuitive practices, and color therapy—and I keep what feels real. Not because someone certified it, but because I’ve lived it.

I don’t see healing as a destination. It’s a lifelong path. One I’m still walking.

This part of my story is shaped by curiosity, devotion, and a deep kind of listening ~ to my body, my truth, and to the wisdom that knows its way without needing permission.

My Soul Needs Art

My soul needs creativity like plants need water—steady, nourishing, and alive.

Whether I’m creating just for myself or sharing with others, I know in my bones—my soul has to create. Paint, clay, yarn, paper, pens—if it calls, I’ll try it. I’ve always been curious like that.

I owned Spunkie Craft Studio, which was one of my favorite businesses. My motto was always: we are all creative, even if we don't think so.

Ceramics was my first love, but I find joy in painting, paper crafts, loom knitting, doodling—anything that lets spirit move through my hands.

My creative expression is always evolving, and it flows naturally into my sessions—through intuitive prompts, visual tools, or little acts of making that guide us deeper.

For me, creativity is more than a hobby. It’s a spiritual language. A way of listening inward, honoring intuition, and bringing the unseen into form.

Right now, The Art of Manifesting is lighting me up. It’s intentional, creative, and feels like a direct connection to the Universe. I’m currently in training to become certified in this intuitive method—and already integrating it into the way I live, create, and connect.
